LATAM's Local Women Chefs Programmes


A project that enhances culinary creativity by infusing unique ingredients from South America and showcases the talent of female chefs.

The “Sabor à Brasileira” series in Brazil and “Sabores que Transportan” in Spanish-speaking countries of South America are part of a programme by LATAM Airlines to strengthen our commitment to diversity, inclusion and multicultural identity while also valuing local products in South America.

The programme introduces a new dish onboard every three months, created by South American chefs who have been gaining recognition in their countries. This dish is part of the premium cabin menu, as well as the main cabin on long-haul flights departing from LATAM’s major hubs in South America (Chile, Brazil, Peru, Ecuador, and Colombia).
