Utilising the desire to offer choice to customers, LEVEL challenged Linstol to bring the concept to life. Increasing interaction between crew and customers, the budget and environmentally conscious airline wanted to elevate the service of amenity, reduce wastage and offer customers the choice to “fly your way.”
With their roots firmly in Barcelona, both LEVEL and HAAN were a partnership destined to be together. The amenity bag artwork represents the region, whilst the envelopes are designed with the choice to “fly your way”. Tailored content for your flight comfort includes, “Glow your way” with signature HAAN lip balm and hand cream. “Smile your way” with HAAN toothpaste and toothbrush, and finally “Dream your way” a sleep kit for those long-haul flights.
Offering choice to customers is a concept that has eluded many airlines, but deconstructing the amenity and giving a re-useable and sustainable bag and then offering a choice of content that suits the passenger requirements is not only more cost conscious, but environmentally friendly – a format that LEVEL is championing for launch Summer 2024.
