This Smart blanket developed for airline market is made by brand-new “E-sustainable material”, specially designed for long-haul flights for nearly all Cabins. The knit wool-like fleece blanket is made by mix of Graphene and recycle material. Not only an environmentally friendly component from both Land (PET Recycle) and Sea (Seashell) but also includes Graphene fiber that can give fabrics to regulate human body temperature all while remaining breathability / comfortable, further it can enhance body blood circulation to relieve muscular fatigue and to avoid contracture during the long flight.

This Smart Blanket is made from advanced yarn with Seashell and recycle PET bottles, forming a special fabric aiming simulate a feeling of wool–like touch and texture. Another key component is addition of Graphene fiber. Graphene is a one-atom-thick layer of carbon arranged in a hexagonal lattice. Thanks to its physical characteristics, Graphene has a set of astonishing properties which repeatedly earn it the title “wonder material”.

Graphene fiber is obtained by mixing Graphene and fiber material (Seashell and PET recycle) to form Graphene masterbatch, and then spinning through the fiber spinning process. The threads can create different aggregation effects in the fabric, which ultimately promotes heat transfer along the Graphene locations. The material acts as a filter between human skin and the environment, expelling heat in warmer weather and preserving and evenly distributing body heat in colder climates.

Other functions of this blanket, in addition to providing warmth, is that it has an anti-static function as the yarn from both Graphene’s and Seashell have a large portion of positive electricity and the human body has negative electricity, so that the two electricity will neutralize after wearing.
