A stepping stone in Qatar Airway’s digital transformation journey, we empowered our Cabin Crew with a new in-house application that enables them to deliver personalised experiences to passengers.

15,000 crew members have received the latest mobile phones in the industry, featuring the app, that has a phased roll-out approach in multiple stages which will eventually expand to Hamad International Airport, overseas airports and lounges, making sure we integrate our passenger’s unique itinerary and requirements across all tough-points.

The app aims to enhance our world-class onboard experience as we take a defining step towards a more connected and insightful interaction between our customers and staff. It allows Cabin Crew to view passengers’ profiles, including privilege club members and oneworld members, as well as all special service requests and preferences.
