In line with the iEngage with Retail brand, this customizable interface provides an intuitive user experience, allowing personal interaction whilst elevating crew retail skills and individual performance for over 15,000 crew members per year.

Besides training on retail, products and vPOS (Point of Sale Application), the portal also includes our WinZone, a fun and interactive area for the crew to learn and win and will also give an overview of the airline’s incentive programs. The Crew Portal updates in real time, allowing vivid and seamless interaction between Retail inMotion and the crew.
